Once your order is placed, production typically takes 2–10 business days before shipping.

Orders Paid With Afterpay

Orders paid with Afterpay follow the same production, processing, and shipping times as all other orders.

Afterpay is a payment method only. It does not speed up or delay your order.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

HTBD is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Production & Fulfilment

Has To Be Done works with trusted production and fulfilment partners to create selected clothing, accessories, and merchandise.

Some items are produced after an order is placed. This helps us maintain product quality, reduce unnecessary waste, and offer a wider range of HTBD products to our community.

Depending on the item ordered, products may be produced, packed, and shipped from different fulfilment locations. Because of this, processing times, shipping times, packaging, and delivery methods may vary.

Minor differences in colour, print placement, sizing, stitching, and finish may occur as part of the production process.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that selected products may be produced and fulfilled through approved production partners on behalf of Has To Be Done.
