All HTBD orders are made to order.

Once your order is placed, production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 3–12 business days

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

International

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Incorrect Address

HTBD is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Print-On-Demand Fulfilment:

Has To Be Done works with highly trusted print-on-demand and fulfilment partners to produce selected clothing, accessories and merchandise.

Some products are made after an order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste, maintain quality standards and offer a wider range of products to our community.

Because products may be produced and shipped from different fulfilment locations, processing times, shipping times and packaging may vary depending on the item ordered and destination country.

Minor variations in color, print placement, sizing and finish may occur as part of the production process.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that certain products may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfilment partners on behalf of Has To Be Done.
