How Afterpay Works
- Add your items to cart.
- Go to checkout.
- Select Afterpay as your payment method.
- Log in or create an Afterpay account.
- If approved by Afterpay, your order will be placed.
- You pay your order in 4 instalments over 6 weeks.
Your first payment is usually paid at the time of purchase, with the remaining payments automatically deducted by Afterpay every two weeks.
Who Can Use Afterpay?
Afterpay is available to eligible customers who meet Afterpay’s approval requirements.
For Australian customers, Afterpay generally requires customers to be at least 18 years old, live in Australia, have a valid email address and mobile number, use an Australian bank payment card, and pass Afterpay’s eligibility checks.
Approval is handled by Afterpay.
We do not approve, decline, or manage Afterpay accounts.
Does Afterpay Change Shipping Times?
No.
Using Afterpay does not make your order faster or slower.
Your order will follow our normal production, processing, and shipping times.
Afterpay is only a payment method.
It does not change how your order is made, packed, or shipped.
Late Payments
Afterpay may charge late fees if a scheduled payment is missed.
For Australian customers, Afterpay says late fees are capped at the lower of 25% of the original order value or $68 per order. For orders over $40, a $10 late fee may apply when a payment is missed, with a further $7 fee if the payment remains unpaid 7 days later.
Please manage your payments through your Afterpay account.
Any payment schedule, failed payment, late fee, or account issue must be handled directly with Afterpay.
Returns, Refunds, and Afterpay
Our normal return and refund policy still applies.
If your order is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund through our system first.
Afterpay will then update your payment plan or refund any amount owing back to the card used for the payments. Afterpay says refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Afterpay does not override our return policy.

We are responsible for your order, product, production, and shipping.
Afterpay is responsible for your payment plan, account approval, payment schedule, and late fees.
